Low Foam products for CIP & automatic spray-wash machines
Specially formulated to keep foam formation to a minimum
Cleanwash
Caustic based product containing threshold sequestrants for low to medium
water hardness areas. Cleanwash is ideal for use in plastic tote &
tray washers, rackwashers and skip or binwash machines.
Traychase
Because it is alkaline but contains no free caustic, traychase may be
used in machines where aluminium trays, baking sheets or utensils are
being cleaned. Corrosion of these soft metal items should not occur
using this product.
Neutral Trayclean
This neutral detergent with low foam characteristics serves several
purposes. It is safer to use than traditional caustic-alkalis (helpful
in COSHH assessments), will not promote the release of calcium salts
from hard water and will not form 'soap' when removing fats & greases.
It also allows microbial organisms to be contained within the hot water
(thereby killing them) and does not damage soft metal items.Only used
at one fifth of the concentration of traditional alkali products!
Scalechase LF
Acid descaler for CIP systems, trays & rackwashers where protein,
calcium or milkstone has built up.
